See pictures from below (access panel removed), brand new 2025 SRX, 0 miles, no leak from hose clamps at the back or front of the exchanger. Puzzling! I'll have to go to the dealer (next Monday), seems that the leak comes from the exchanger itself.

Could be leaking on hose under gas tank and exhaust manifold. Look up past front of track over drive axle with a mirror.

Could factory/dealer have spilled coolant while filling sled?

How would it be there and nowhere else?
Clamp tight? Hose ok?
Any chance it's leaking down from Turbo connections or turbo cooling tank connections?
Just brain-storming here. The welds on heat exchangers are supposedly tested to be air tight.

Common. Go over every single clamp of any kind you can find on the sled. Betting you'll tighten them at least a full turn.

I did my best to check everything, I also used an inspection camera. No leaks from any hose clamp. Starting engine until warmed, collant comes again at the same place. I see no other possibilities than leak coming from the bottom of the exchanger. Sled is now at dealer, they will check that tomorrow.

I wonder if they will have to remove chaincase to get access to rivets.

Brand new sleds should never have this type of problem but unfortunately it not the reality we live in… That should have never made it past the dealer that set that sled up or the factory when they did their final checks… Someone was paid to do I job right and failed and now this guy has to spend his time and money and loss of use to fix that mistake… Maybe that why a certain of manufacturer is not doing well and is in trouble…
