Hmmm seems to be a shot at Canadians! This is anouther reason its a good subject to post. TY posters should be above this kind of shot across the borders. Without knowing all the facts this has turned political in nature.
I agree that this is a good example of how not to post. Try paying our taxes if you think it is so free. I will stay here in Our Home And Native Land.

I just don't understand why people cant just get along. Opinions are everyones' expressions, but they can tear someones heart out sooo quick if we could only take some time to proof read our post before we hit submit. I, most likely, have been bad at some point too, so this is a very good point Tom..

i am pretty excited about my new sled on order. never was impressed enough to buy a new (instead of used) sled before. kudos to yamaha for making machines that nobody else makes ... yet.
never posted anything on any forum about sleds before this year. sometimes it is hard to write posts that people don't take personally... at least i try.
btw: i am very glad to see simons cpr posting on the phazer forum. i think he took some personal attacks in another thread that i was dissapointed to read. if mr sled had anythingto do with his return... thanks! waiting to hear more about the latest 1/4 mile times with tweaks!

Sled,
you definately have my support...... i would just like to let other users know that if you have a problem with another member hit mr sled or any of the admins with a pm and they will help you out, or kick the problem poster.... they cant see everything and if any of us that care about the site see something out of line, let someone know.....
everyone, lets not make this a place that nobody wants to be.... it is and hopefully will continue to be a site that all of us can and do use for all of its information..... and not the site that a select few care to turn it into.... one that degrades and pushes their own interests over that of the group...
just my $.02
thanks to sled and all the admins for all the work they do to make this the best site on the net.

Life without TotallYamaha would suck. I dream sleds 24/7/365 and I'm a Yamaha guy. Tom, I don't have any idea how much work this site is for you and your staff but I am thankful to have a site with members who love thier Yamaha's as much as I do. I hope this is nothing too serious as I am a proud member of this site. Keep up the good work and thank you.

I pretty much have the same thoughts as Superman, This site is Great. m,any people with great ideas. I can't count how many times I've typed out big replies to certain topics on this board, and then re-read them and said 'the heck with it" and then deleted them before I posted. Sometimes it is just to hard to type what you mean without bashing someone, so your best bet is just not to post anything.

My dad always told me growing up, If you cant say anything nice dont say anything at all. Some could take that to heart. But I think for the most part this site is still a fun and informative place, I myself have talked bad about my sled but not others on the site. I have gained great knowledge on this site to improve my sled to the point I really like it now. There is a great wealth of knowledge and many years of experience to draw from here so lets keep it upbeat and positive so it will continue to grow. When I moved to the area that I live now 16 years ago I had the only YAMMY in the area, which was mostly Ski-Doo(boy did I take a lot of #*$&@) now its predominantly YAMAHA.Its nice to be the smartest one in the area for always riding the good stuff. Everyone needs to step up to the plate and remember we are all YAMAHA fans here on this site, If you are not then reread the first sentence.

We've all had our moments, but I think this is a good move.
Here's another idea.... for repeat offenders... Change their member status to "whiner" you could even have graduated levels.

If you have any questions, just ask Lazybastard. He has all the answers and he will tell it like it is. Good, bad, and nothing in between. He is a little rough around the edges, but once you get to know his demeanor all is well.

If I had a penny everytime I've done that, I'd be able to buy a new apex, at MSRP in Canadian funds.

While too much banter is a problem recently some posts have been made that were not factual and if followed could have caused serious or costly problems if followed. Case in point was the Magnesium cover on the 06 Apex which was finally corrected by Allen. If you don't know don't post speculation as some still take all posts as bible.
Still the best site on the net by far.
