Got a surprise email today from Country Cat, my order was shipped today. When I placed the order Saturday it said the end of April for estimated delivery.

It would have been $400 cheaper to get the same parts in Yamaha from Partzilla. Interesting when I ordered them from Yamaha myself, they had the Arctic cat part numbers on them.$1,514.43 US I still need to get the connectors for the jumper to tap into the harness though.
I think it was just $1000-1100 USD for everything (NO wiring harness) with the Yamaha part #.

I tried, it wouldn't let place the order so I called them and was told they can no longer order these parts. DunnoIt would have been $400 cheaper to get the same parts in Yamaha from Partzilla.

A step by step would be awesome. Not afraid to tackle this but some general steps would be perfect. I have a 22 so much easier from what I can tell.

The spreadsheet on post 37 will get you started, it has links to partzilla for every part, quantities, and prices (at the time) so you know what you are getting into. It loads up online so no need for excel or you can download it. It has been deleted several times by people accessing the link, so below is a c&p of what is there. And here is a link to a pdf.

Thanks for the links as I had previously printed them out but for some reason could not get them printer friendly. these are much more printer friendly. I get the basics of it I’ve just never tore into this machine. The sr viper I did but not these. Never had reason to yet and due to some warranty work Ive never even had to do my own oil/chain case change yet. Dealer did it with other work. Lol! Just nervous about going in blind is all. I may order parts and see what my dealer will charge for install. Thanks! Will keep eye on this post for any updates. You all have done good work!
