Here’s a pic of the location on my 19’ tcat, should be the same on a 19’ winder not 100% sure if the 20’s are the same. Very easy to access and replace.
Thanks for that! I was gonna ask if anyone has a pic of where it was located. So its just one module for the whole shock package? The code is for the left ski shock I believe.

This is one of the main reasons I didn't buy a 2019 SRX and instead opted for the 2019 XTX-LE. The XTX-LE has the same shocks but are manually controlled and from past experiences it was obvious to me the electric control system on the QS3s would sooner or later become a problem. Whether its appliances, aviation, automobiles, or motor sport toys, manual control of the same system is always more reliable..."KISS" principle..."Keep It Simple Stupid".
I think Boeing knows the down side of this.

Ya its a good point. Its a awesome feature, but its just another thing to go wrong.

It is a awesome feature for sure, I used it a lot in fort kent last week. Soft at low speeds and firm at high speeds.

One module for the entire system, the wires from each shock go into one plug.

It’s sucks that some modules fail, I was fortunate to have it replace under warranty, but I find my self using it every ride. You come up on some trail chop and two clicks of your left thumb and the suspension is stiffened up, out of the chop two more clicks and it’s back to medium where I usually run it. I love the IQS or IACT for me, no regrets what so ever purchasing a sled with it. I’ve become so used to it I couldn’t imagine getting off the sled to change my shock settings lol.

Sounds like its not to difficult of a fix. I'm gonna see if the dealer will send me the module.

I agree, last weekend trails were silky smooth. Then we hit a club that hadn't groomed and trails were whooped out. I went from 1 to 2 and turned up the wick. Was riding with a thunder without iac. When we stopped for lunch he said, Man, I kept bottoming on that section of trail, but had 3 guys behind me so I didnt want to stop and make adjustments. IQS is the way to go.....I use it all the time.

Module went bad ,under warranty plug in and go
I was told to unplug the shock, and plug it back in to reset it. Apparently that works most of the time.

Other than the obvious power of the sled I think the shock package (adjustability) is the best thing about the sled.

I unplugged the shock, module, battery prior to replacement as well. Didn’t solve my issue, but anything’s possible and I’d give it a try before doing anything else, it’s free and easy.I was told to unplug the shock, and plug it back in to reset it. Apparently that works most of the time.

I changed my module but the C1525 came back. Going to order the left side motor.

It's too bad that you have had these problems, I have 6000 miles on a 20 srx and haven't had any issues. I think it's the best set up to date.
You guys ever see this?

If it’s actually the servo on shock it can be changed without dismantling shock also. Screws out. Small pin type spanner wrench is right way though.
