Ya I tried calling a couple numbers on that webpage. Did you ever get the hindle header? Can this header melt the valve cover? I am leaving next Thursday morning to go to New Liskeard and will have to figure something out, not sure how the sled will run with the stage 4 flash if I just put the stock header back on.

If your concerned just put stock header back on its not going to hurt anything.
So you got to test the evo header with the flash, Now throw on the stock header and see if there is a difference make sure to keep max rpm @ 9200.

My max rpms right now are right around 9350.

A guy I met has tested every possible combination and he say's to run 9200 max with the Evo Flash.

That would be nice! I still cant get above 92 mph. Snow conditions weren't prime either, so maybe if I had better conditions I would be faster.

I just put my stock header back on for now, definitely a difference in power with the evo header.
Why are you guys saying no more then 9200 rpm.
Mines around 9400 and is working real good.

Lots of testing, found the sled runs best at 9200 for top speed

What he should be doing is sending us new headers that way the damn sled doesn't have to be ripped apart a million times. Then we can just send him these others and he can do whatever he wants with them. Atleast nobody would loose any ride time, even if I had to give a credit card number while he waits for this other one to show up at his shop, atleast I could have a header to put on rather then wasting all this time.

That's encouraging. Sometimes gains are less obvious than losses when switching back.
Maybe you guys can work a deal with EVO where he'll send you a new one with the understanding that you will saw it up into 4 or 5 pieces and sledgehammer the pipes flat to prove it destroyed. Pics for proof of course.
