flat spot on driven roller


If all 3 get flat, which seems inevitable, then they would end up on the flat spots not only making these rollers essentially "buttons" , but also changing belt tension. Were not talking guys with 3000 miles here, were talking less than 500 miles. Hell, I put 500 miles on in my dreams last night, now i have to change buttons? stevewithocd changing parts on sled with less than 500 miles= not happy stevewithocd...
Actually were talking less then 100 on mine.. But I seated the rings very early if you know what I mean:cool:.

Pretty sad when you gotta start putting on Arctic Cat parts on a Yamaha to get it right. Used to be the other way around!

Yup.. Actually these rollers are CATS second attempt on rollers (procross).. The first were in 2012 and they failed! Recalled! These were the replacements
