This is on an 05 RX-1 with a Supercharger. I don't know that the SC has anything to do with the problem, but my guess is that the fuel pump does.
When I go down a very steep incline, the sled floods out. At the bottom, it will start again with a little cranking and eventually clean out.
The float bowls were checked during the install and were all within specs.
Any thoughts?

try lowering float level, too much fuel in bowls... wen pressurised, fuel syst. does-not need stock fuel level to feed jets properly.
I had this same problem with my turbo, but when I adjusted the float level from 7mm to 11mm it solved it. I would check your float levels again. I believe the manual suggest 11-15mm. Hope this helps.

Wildbill, Your setting of 7-11 mm is raising the floats and the fuel level in the bowls. Wouldn't you want to be doing the opposite??
Whatever your float level is lower the level (higher measurement when they are upside down) by 4mm. This will cure your problem. I have seen this on numerous turbo sleds.
Edit: My floats have been "out of spec" for two seasons now and they work great.

Spray, Do you have your floats set at 19mm?
I do not know what the measurement is for sure. When we adjusted them last year we were not 100% sure where to measure from. We picked a spot and moved them 4mm.

Spray, your floats may still be within specs if they were at 11mm to start with. 11mm+4mm=15mm. (stock specs 11-15mm)

Mine are set at 15ml, should I try it at 19? Don't want to run ouit of fuel when climbing though, but sure would be nice to stall less when jumping or when I hit a bump to fast......These turbo's are fun but i miss jumping!

I adjusted mine to 15. It seems to have solved the downhill problem, but haven't hit a real steep one to be certain. But it is definately better!

Try 17 and see if it improves.

The way I read the manual it was to measure from the highest part of the float .I moved mine from 11 to 15 mm.
