At about 1,700 miles the front end started to squeak. Wondering if anyone else has this on their sled? I run about 65psi in the shocks and admit I have not checked them in a while. When I push down the front I can recreate the squeaking coming from the front shocks. Any suggestions to correct this?

I had a sqeak with the std shocks. Looked around, sprayed some WD 40 on the sway bar and links, squeak gone. Might check that.

I have the same squeak, but I don't think it is coming from the shocks. I will try the wd 40.

I had my float 3's replaced at 1500 miles and still have a squeak in the front end. Don't think it's shocks, I do think its odd that there are no grease points on the front of this machine.

Squeak is coming from the suspension A arms and the upper ball joint. A little lubrication and all will be gone.

My brakes started to squeak around the 1700 mile mark but that's all I've heard.

Also there might be some noise coming from the steering joints in the nose. Pop off 1 tie rod boot and lube.

Talked to my dealer today and he also thought it was not the shocks themselves. I will take a closer look this weekend and lube some of the parts and see how that does.

Spray or Inject some grease up under the joint right below the shock make sure to get it up under the boot then spray the rest of the joints down with white lithium grease. Worked for me took a couple miles for the grease to work in and the noise has not been back since... This was 2000miles ago.
