I've just completed the 300+ mile break-in period on the warrior. Looking in the airbox for the first time, it appears that I have fuel blowing back into the airbox from just one of the carbs. (or is it possibly coming from what appears to be a "vent" tube of some kind....I'm not sure where the tube is coming from.)
Is this normal?

Also, with virtually no miles, the sled would always start up without any cranking. Now it cranks for a bit before starting.

Should I be concerned about either of these and where should I start looking to correct either problem?

Thanks.

You have a crankcase vent into the airbox, it is approx. 1" in diameter. It is normal to get a slight buildup from the oil vapors. Can't really give you an answer on the cranking issue, but on mine, if it's colder out, it usually cranks just a little more before it starts.

If your sled is runnig good then this may not be your problem, but if your vent tub is kinked you get gas in your air box. It takes 30 seconds to check them. If not sure take off the air box and start it and if it is kinked you'll see the gas out of two carbs.
