For videos of our standalone EFI and Turbo kits in action!

Standalone kit includes OSP ECU, 4 bar map sensor, data cable, wiring harness, air and coolant temp sensor, cam sensor, cam shaft mod, flywheel trigger, OSP high output coils, OSP 1000cc injectors, OSP aluminum hi-volume fuel rail, & EFI high Pressure Fuel Regulator.

This is a FULL standalone system that has mapping to 35 pounds of boost at sea level, and would not need to be tuned, BUT should you want to fine tune you will have that at your finger tips. EMS has built in data logging with trace to fine tune, full timing control, as well as add on upgrades including, oil pressure, back pressure, fuel pressure, turbo RPM, jackshaft RPM, oil temp, Wide ban & more.

We have these kits available for Yamaha Nytro's, Ski-doo 1200's, and Yamaha Apex's.

we have the prices worked out retail for nytro is 3944.98

ski doo 1200 3 cylinder

Yamaha 1000 cc apex kit retail 4274.98

full details will be on our web site soon. we are still working out some other dealers that will sell this system as well....

these kits come ready all you will need to do is tie in a few wires that are clearly marked, install 2 step (if you want that)...

this is the next step in making more power...

What about those of us who have no desire to make 35# of boost? Can this be cheapened up a little for those of us who do not plan to go past the stock injector limit of 14#'s, and maybe a additional charge if we ever want to go higher.

I like the sound of it, but almost 4grand is spendy for those of us with enough power now, and would just like to get a cleaner running and safer system.

Please let us know if anything I have said is possible.

Please understand I am not knocking this one bit, just wondering if there would be a cheaper option for us that don't need all the extra that no doubt would allow you to make some insane power. A trail version if you will LOL.

when I say 35 pounds that as far as we have maped it. not that its intented to only run at that boost, works good all the way to 35 lbs.

if your runing less that 16 pounds this is not for you if your a decent tuner you can get a piggie back to work .. this is very cost friendly for what you get...and the next step when your wanting more boost

Yeah too much for my wallet for a lowly trail sled. It is frustrating that everything is cheaper for the Doo's $1000 penalty for having a apex on the EMS, around $2000 more for a turbo kit roughly.

Oh well get to help them get in front somehow! They have been in the back for a lot of years now LOL

Great that guys will have more options when it comes to fuel injection.

I have a question, Why a 7 bar map sensor Who in Gods name will run 87 psi boost.

A 4 bar will give you nice resolution and easier tuning and still cover you to 43.5 psi boost.

Ted.

GOOD POINT TED

I know on some other standalone systems the MAP SENSOR determinants the fuel table, NOT SO with this system and yes the 7 bar is over kill when our choices were 3 4 or 7 bar and we are to the limit on 4 bar with our race sleds..

The fuel and ignition tables are built to handle 35 pounds on 16 x 16 platform so really the MAP SENSOR does not determine the resolution of the FUEL OR IGNITION MAP table..

the point is you do not have to use all of the 7 bar map potential to have nice high resolution fuel and timing map.

It is your deal I respect that but I would still suggest a 4 bar even if you are running soly off the top row.

With any map sensor you only have 0-5 v Range.

5 volts divided by 58 PSIA will give a lot more resolution than 5 volts divided by 101.5 PSIA, it works out to 80% more resolution no matter how you look at it.

Thanks Ted, I agree but there is no 5 bar as of now . I stated above we are at the 4 bar map limit, and THE NEXT CHOICE was 7 bar... maybe in the next batch I will have some 4 bar models made but as of now I have made the decision to have the first batch with 7 bar, all the testing we have done is with the 7 bar.. and we are very pleased with the results...

Thanks for you Help and expertise..

if you decide you want a 4 bar just let me know I will work on getting some, should take about 3 weeks to get them in.

Yep 4 bar should be enough to break the engine in many many parts :jump:
