I would love to have a kit to tighten up my steering in my 2020 SRX. Have you any plans to make something for that ?
Years ago I used to buy front end bushing kits for trailing arm yamaha's from a guy in RI, sno -tek I think. Great products but I think that business is gone ?

Have a look at this thread starting at post #60. There is a LOT of detailed info about what I found as I dove into steering play on my sled and how I addressed it with some custom machined parts.

Definite need of some attention. Just like every other sled on the market they build this sled with lots of clearance.
Ski-doo, Cat, Polaris, They are all built with huge clearances and they just pound themselves apart.
I'll definitely be looking at this as i think i can address this problem and come up with an affordable Solution.....

Well i have been knees deep into this Cat Front End. Wow I couldn't believe how much play was in the Bell Crank. This sled has 6000 KM on it and the bushings didn't look that bad just oversized.
Too much clearance. I managed to make a few bushings for this project and it worked out well. Zero slop!! My buddy will be very happy.
I hope to have a few kits available first of next week. if your interested let me know.. I don't have a $$$ yet
here's a few Pics
I used a puller threaded rod from my Ski-doo Front arm kit, Pull them in till they bottom
The Bell Crank shaft was in great shape. The only thing I did was remove the paint from the Post with scotch-bright pad, took a few minutes. I was tempted to doo it on the lathe till I came to my senses. don't try it!!!
Cleaned up very easy. I filed some high spots at the end of the tube. With better fitting bushings the tube fit perfect. Use red loc-tite on the 6mm nut and torque to 10 ft lbs Max..
That driver in the pic will remove the bottom plastic bushing after you punch out the upper bushing.. Use it to install the new bushings as well

Well this kit definitely takes all the slop out of the Steering Crank. Your going to love it!!
How did you like the other kits you purchased. I think you purchased the MYK01 Control arm kit and the MYK05 rear extension arm kits.

I was impressed with both kits, front a arm kit (MYK01) went on with percision, awesome quality to say the least, the rear extension arm kit (MYK05) was also a needed add on as my bushings were already showing wear.
Keep up the great products and I’m looking for to install your bell crank bushing to eliminate the slop in my steering
