a hammer time kit and i followed there spec upgrade kit. when i rev up to 10200, i have good top speed and lost hole shot .when i add weight,i get
the hole shot and lose top speed .does any one have any idea of what to do?

Let me start with a disclaimer. "The following information may be flawed due to the fact that respondent does not speak fluent Heel Clicker".
Based on clutching sleds with everything BUT Heel Clickers. I'd say you may have added a touch too much tip weight. Perhaps you need to move the weight to the center hole? Once you're close to your perfect weight just a small amout in the wrong position can throw off everything.
Since I don't know where you have added the weight it's tough say exactly but basically the heel controls your hole shot, the mid your mid range (and I feel most important) and your tip is your RPM at full shift.
Unless I have alittle more information it's tough to say. I'd guess shortly someone who speaks Heel Clicker fluently will show up and help you out far more than I have. PB

theorx1, Try running no weight in heel no weight in tip. Just go 3 grams center. Check to see if you over-rev past 10,200. On the starting line after spinning taking off you want to fall back spike to aruond 9800. 10,200 10,300 is were you want to be maxed out. If over-rev go to 5.2 center only. If you can, get yourself a OEM Silver Yamaha spring for secondary set at 80 twist. The reason when you load the heel and get a better hole shot is. That it makes it act like a steeper helix more load on motor less spin. Also making it hard to pull on the far end. You need to get a steeper helix and don't load the heel. With a more shallow on finish angle. This will let the belt drop down good for more end pull top end. I was looking at your location you are only 37 miles from were i live. I am in Champlain, NY. If you would like you can come over to my farm and i will help you dial it in. I will take the setup out of my sled put it in yours and we will fine tune it. I also have alot of different setups & helixs to try. (Later)

I played with the HC's late last season and found that removing the weight from the heel - one washer at a time until I got the hole-shot I wanted, along with the top-end worked fairly well. I worked on the tip, but the heel was the culprit - oh yeah that and bad jetting  Good-luck
