I have charging issue with both my 2007 Phazer GT and 2014 viper XTX. Batteries are new this season and I've tested the regulator and all seems fine (knowing there are components that I can't test) and I tested both stators. The viper is showing 30-40volts and the Phazer is snowing 40-50. Are my stators still good even if their showing high? or is this correct and i should change out my regulator rectifiers?

Set your meter to DC volts and then check voltage of battery with the sled not running and then check it again when it is running. If you have a charging issue the voltage readings will read about the same. If charging system is working the running voltage will be higher by about 1-2 volts.
Highly unlikely that both of your sleds have bad charging system.

Thanks I'll try that. my thought was we screwed both of them boosting them off eachother

Not sure how you checked the stators but you should be using a multimeter set on ohms(upside down horseshoe)to test for resistance not voltageI have charging issue with both my 2007 Phazer GT and 2014 viper XTX. Try that first.
Battery should be 12-13 volts with sled is off. 14 plus volts when running. If it's over 15 then there may be a regulator issue.
If you're getting 14 volts and you feel the batteries are good, we can check "ripple" or "bleed through" to make sure the rectifier is making DC without too much AC.
I doubt you have 2 sleds with the same issue.
What is the "charging" issue you speak of?
Low battery when you go to start it?
Is it possible you are draining battery while it's sitting cuz you hooked something up to it like a clock or something?

check your meter against a car
check the checker is what i tell my guys
3 phase should be 3 wires at 40 volts ac i believe before regulator
3 white wires
