Sorry guys we cancelled mid 40 deg's and Turbo don't mix I am not going to risk another motor. I love the rides and the guys but 16 hrs of driving to sit in the lounge and talk sleds not in the cards right now. See Ya on the next one!!!!
Just talked to a buddy that got home last night riding around Bergland area was the worst trip he's ever been on. He is at the car wash now, his brand new sled is trashed. Open water everywhere. No way around some of it. They lost 1 sled to swamp, had to be pulled by sled recovery. Snow was 3' deep but crusted very hard then areas on the trail with no snow. The drag and groomer pulled it in chunks cause it was so hard when they tried to drag it.

Well Steve we will catch you on the next ride.
It's funny that you gauge it on Berglund That area sucks even when there is good snow. Way too much traffic Lots if swamps.

If it was going to be cold I would not have a problem with bad snow. Apex GT 40 had already bailed and the artist known as Yamahatim was also teetering. My friends were up to Twin Lakes and said it was a bit better there.

Don't be afraid to get your little sluts dirty. To me this could be just like late-season riding LOL.

You may be surprised I called Ramada and they are only 1/2 booked and the forecast is changing. Now 34 on Saturday rain later Sunday 39 He said they are riding and have garden hose available for sled cleanup. Let me call Timmy.
