Some think wheelies are cool. In reality they are a waste of forward movement. My Warrior would not even lift the ski's off the snow just the way the suspension is! My Brothers Nytro with a 121 1 3/4 track would stand on its tail all the time. More track lug helps big time.

I have a non-turbo nytro and when of trail in the deep stuff I can keep the skis from touching the snow for a long time. All depends on how you have your sled setup plus I have a 2.5" track so that helps too.

How is your chassis set up?
I have my suspension setup to transfer more than others. This was also done with a 153" track and non-coupled skid.
Does this mean I can't rail the trails? Hahaha...have to laugh at this one because I can corner a long track better than a short track.

Charlie, I like to wheelie off-trail. That is where you can go in the steep and deep by keeping the front end above the snow. On trail you want the front end off about a couple of inches so the weight is on the track....that is how I have mine. Can't remember his name, but his extended Warrior would not wheelie either, so he said....until I was told to take it for a ride... LOL
This was the first TY Manitoba ride I went to and was out playing with my RX1 and that one guys Warrior with Bountyhunter. I got it to stand up and cat-walk. Some can do it, some can't I guess.

I have wheelied my Warrior as well but only in the perfect/right conditions. My Brother on his nytro could do wheelies anywhere anytime. So I would guess that his would count more as a wheelie machine and mine much less so!
Terry with all that wieght you are losing its going to be much harder.....Oh never mind you are getting a Sidewinder. More power!I have my suspension setup to transfer more than others. This was also done with a 153" track and non-coupled skid.

Its a combination of a few things, I'm assuming you just have a stock xtx se, you already have the right gear's and driver's, uncoupled skid and the 1.6"cobra isn't too bad either, you plain and simply need more power, turbo definitely is the answer, trust me Ive been there and done that, otherwise an air box mod, header, can, clutch kit and a reflash like evo stage 4 or power commander will help you get closer to a 160hp, even then you'll get it up but will not be able to keep them up like with a turbo. How do you guys get a XTX to stand up? One other factor that has not previously been brought up in this thread is the driver’s weight. I have the uncoupled 141 with 1.75” lugs. No turbo. I weigh about 160lbs and I rarely have the skis off the ground unless I am in deeper snow. If I take my 10-year-old son for a ride the additional 60 pounds behind me on the seat will transform how easy it is to lift the front end.

I have an xtx 141 1.6, and i cannot get it to stand up. What modifications can be done to the chassis to get it to stand up better. No turbo.

Depends which route you wanna take?
Turbo or N/A, can be 2- 3k plus, you gotta ask yourself what kind of rider you are and how your going to use your sled the majority of the time, it might not make sense to spend that kind of money.

This is what I would do.With no turbo?
Thunder Products clutch kit $300
SLP header $400+-
Free air box mod
Sandale fab can $300
Evo stage 4.... 91 octane flash $500
I would also do a 141" 2.25" power claw track which you get new for under $700 if you shop around, since the sidewinder is out for a few year's now, I m beating those performance parts have come down some in price or i would just consider buying used, I bet you could save more than half going that route.
