Wow thats messed up. Run DTYA-1 empty or load the 70's up to 75G all in the tip or close to that 75 G. Should be fine with the 38 and Dalton Black/Orange in secondary, but wrap it up a bit more. Old style spring wrap it up at 80, if its new style one to 90 on that 240 tune.
You blew a belt as you have no grip there at all the way you had it setup. You should be WASTING that 850 hardcore. 70 G is a setup for a stock sled. About 72 in tip for 225 tune. 240 about 74.5- 75G. 270 about 78-79 G. 290 80-82 G. All dependent on belt and secondary setup. You have to run heavier than the Black/Orange in the driven on the 270 and 290 tunes. EPI purple, Cat sno-pro green or Dalton White, All Cat secondary springs to keep a hold on the belt in the secondary on the bigger tunes.
