Hurricane turbo intake upgrade

It was worth 1.5-2 hp at the track, with no other changes, we simply took the hood off, used a tube I already had cut and ready to go here and simply swapped it in.

The install looks a little involved without removing the throttle body intake assembly. How did you deal with removing/attaching the blow off tube in that tight space?

@Turboflash removed the air intake from the clutch cover while I removed the blow off valve and removed the clamp from the turbo. Removed the two 10mm nuts holding the steering stem to the bushing and pushed the steering stem forward. I did not remove any intake tubes or plenum pieces, was probably a 10 minute job total, but I've also done about 5 of them so far.

So you left the blow off valve attached to the Turbo intake and removed as an assembly?

Blow off valve & hose I completely removed, you can pull it out a little way with the inner hose still attached to the plenum, but it has to come off to get it through the frame spar.

If you have EPS it's a harder install as the steering post has to be removed from the EPS.
