The bolt literally fell out when I removed the tensioner. Shift fork pads are 1/2 gone but still sittng on the forks.lol

I met a guy that had 8000 mikes on his zr9000, never checked chain case fluid, chain tension , nothing, never gave him any trouble, now that’s sheer luck.

Are those the original plastic shift fork pads? They look like DMC metals ones due to color.
