Better than the guy selling the $350 bushing on Ebay! Cripes if that doesnt work I would be pissed. No way it costs anywhere near that to make in this day of CNC.

I found the guy on FB and reached out. He seems like a knowledgeable guy and willing to help. I ordered one just to try. they are supposed to be a better fit and last longer. I can take some pics when I get it.

I ordered one too. Will make decision of which to try first soon.

Some information: bearing pn 6381k563 is alloy 932, sae 660, temp. -350 to 450f*, bearing load 4000 psi , shaft velocity 750 fpm, and pv 75000.
pn 2868t201 is oilite sae 863, temp. + 10 to 220f*, bearing load 4000 psi , shaft velocity 225 fpm, and pv 35000.
The SAE660 bearing is the better bearing by the numbers. I have done 6 winders all ready, and one was 2020 SRX with no miles. using amsoil and
some stock and some tuned. PS thank everybody for the help on here.

Its good there are alot of options out there now. One or maybe none of them hopefully will solve the issue. I am cheap but want to contribute to the experimenting. Trying a bushing made of this material. McMaster Carr it was under $3.

I went with one of these bushings this year also.
It's definitely a good quality bushing but does require some ID fitting (at least mine did).

Yup been using them last few seasons. Best fit and wear yet. Easily could get 5000mi on one myself. I just change every season since I could occasionally get 5000mi in one season.

Yes. Both sides. Tighter fit than stock but still free turning. I think that is the key. Stock bushing is too loose even new.

The bushing I have been using fits on the shaft when in your hand. When you press it into the gear, it no longer fits, too tight. I then use a small brake hone to make the bushing fit as tight I can with NO slop and yet still glide easily on the shaft

The bushing that I have been using also does this but I use a reamer before the brake hone and then 1000-grit sandpaper to smooth it out.
