My thoughts are a leak or Head gasket... now this is whats strange. No signs of leaking, drives and runs perfect, no overheating, no loss of power, no smell of antifreeze. Fill over flow tank to line. drive 30 to 40 miles. No loss of antifreeze. Keep on driving until about 70 to 80 miles tank empty. Refill it and keep on going , no loss again until we hit about 70 miles. We randomly check out from 0 to 70 miles and it stays at line or above the line when hot.... WTH

Gotta be a leaky line somewhere. I would look at the ones under tunnel. Conditions were right for extreme icing last few weekends. That ice can move things.

Dang, makes me wonder if it's that cracked head syndrome like a few have had where the anti-freeze is getting into oil. ???

Been fighting this on my buds sleds all season.. It has to be a leaky clamp or something.. the damn sled runs perfect.. oil looks perfect, no hard starting.. all the signs of a head gasket are not there.

What about a coolant leak at the turbo. The turbo is so hot it just vaporizes the coolant and you don’t see or smell.

I had a really strange thing happen to mine a couple weeks ago. I had a small spot under my sled one morning and thought I had a leak somewhere.. IT HAD to of come out the overflow tube under motor as I saw a very slight drip coming from the holes under by the access panel. I looked EVERYWHERE after returning home and trying to find it.. Still a mystery to me.. So after this /slight drip I drove it 1300 + miles in 10 days and the anti freeze never moved? So for some reason my sled burped a few ounces out the overflow???:dunno:

It maybe the one down under the motor to the lower heat exchanger? Its probably a clamp you have not checked yet or cant see?

I was thinking internal on the turbo. If there is a crack in the coolant passage? Typically an external leak leaves some evidence especially in the snow.

Did you check the oil level to make sure it's not getting into the oil somehow.
