Xs825 belt, stock secondary 35 straight helix with Dalton black orange wound at 70deg. I didn’t put any miles on it this year.

Primary was set up by Dave from Tapp so I'm not sure what's in there. Clickers are so nice for fine tuning. He set it up for my 240 horsepower. Secondary, running a 39/43 helix with a Green spring from Hurricane set at 70. Pulling 8950-9050 at full shift and 8900 at full throttle. Clutches Run so much cooler than my yammy clutches. Gears are 22/41. Top end of 126 mph.
Great back shift and NO RATTLE....

Purchased through and set up for 270hp by Thunder Products. Installed with tune, thunder rollers and spring on stock secondary, then spring came a month early. Sooooooo, I have nothing to report yet.

Here is my set up on my 1100 with my Pro 4. Love this clutch.

Refining setup for 375 hp on pump and 475 hp on Import

what type of difference are you seeing with the TAPP setup over factory? I know it is more adjustable and runs cooler but for the money there must be a significant performance edge?
