Not too much except normal maintenance... 5 Belts, 3rd set of dupont slides, 5 sets carbides, 3 filters and 7 oil changes, 4 shock rebuilds. new track, donuts, new bearings in all the idlers and drive shaft twice, couple of snowflaps that got tore from studs and lots of gas.

Nice work! Isn't it nice to not have rebuilt it twice by now?!?!?!

So only the regular maintenance with that many miles, good to hear!! Nice to know the exhaust donuts are lasting as well as the front end bushings! Not sure how you went through 5 sets of carbides though, you running down the highway, lol?Not too much except normal maintenance...

New carbides every year...Have to ride 1/2 mile down the side of the road (road commission plows to dirt) to the trails from the cabin and into town for gas. Not totally wore out when replaced but won't grip ice very well.

Same problem with Gogebic county road plows. They have an unequaled zeal for plowing down to the pavement even on roads designated as snowmobile routes.New carbides every year...Have to ride 1/2 mile down the side of the road (road commission plows to dirt) to the trails from the cabin and into town for gas.
