Tore down my sled last night to replace the exhaust donuts, had a bad rattling sound, found all 3 clamps loose and donuts were still in good shape, kinda weird, last time i replaced them,i grinded the clamps so they collapsed a bit more, didnt think they would loose off, they supply new bolts with the donuts, maybe the bolts stretched or something, its all back together now and no more rattling, sounds like a new sled, good thing it only has 18000 miles

I was gonna suggest grinding a bit off the clamps but you already had that taken care of! Maybe just backed off?? Either way glad to hear you got it straightened out!
