The dealer said they tried a box but who knows. It makes sense given the codes it's a box issue. Funny nothing showed up until I unplugged the shocks. I did start the sled each time to test. With the shocks unplugged, I didn't hit the handlebar button. Last night the shocks were all plugged in, I started the sled.let it run for a minute, I then hit the handlebar but and the codes showed. Shocks are still plugged in.
Is the box plug and play?
Will a newer box work or only a 2019 box?
Thanks

So a newer box regardless of part number will work. If so, I'll see what I can find for a used box.

A new one for your correct model year or one for a newer model year?

I don’t think it matters. I ordered mine done the dealer for my model but all have same number and will have a revision number.

Ok. I shared some incorrect info. The codes were false. I hadn't plugged the shocks back in after a previous test. So. With the shocks unplugged, no codes. With the shocks unplugged and hit the switch, I get the codes. With everything plugged in, I tried the donor box. No change. I think this confirms box and the switch are Ok.

Final update. The guy with the donor box, also had a gauge. Guess what, it works. The gauge is my issue. I'm happy I know the issue, but I'm not overly impressed with the dealer. I'll call them tomorrow.
Thanks to everyone who chimed in with tips.

See my post on page one when you first started this—- new dash is plug and play no programming needed—- that is what fixed my IQS issue—— I did switch hoods with my friends Tcat and Iact came up since it’s a cat hood …. Got a new dash and all good—-
@Tod did his best to convey this to you.

Will a gauge off a newer sled work or does it need to be from a 2019. I'm going to assume it needs to be off a sled with iQS.
Yes —-not all gages have IQS—— get a 2019 gage with IQS —— not sure what happens if you do a 2020 & up gage with rider1 rider2 or what ever the dual set up is——
