Guys you need to add how much boost you are running so that the jetting makes some sense

I have the 22.5 pilots in now. I started out with a 55/110 spring and engagement of 5000 it was no problem. Now I have a spring with engagement of 3500. It is soft at bottom (too rich I guess) until it goes into the needle part of fuel delivery. I will go back to stock 17.5 pilots. With the MCXpress rear mount, stock 135 main jetting is OK upto 14 psi boost, according to MCXpress.
((go back to stock 17.5 pilots))
Same here!

I will, gas milage was not any good either, 8.4 MPG. I did ride in difficult terrain a lot at low speeds, then some lakerunning WOT and met my friend and he wanted to race me cause he hasn't had any competition this winter. Well he did tune his clutches and used me as a bench mark. We did 10 660 ft passes in total, guess we did burn some fuel. Still waiting for the Supertips to arrive.

Went back to stock pilots 17.5 - It was too fat, hard to start and too much thottle chop with the 22.5 pilots in. It is running great now at 10 lbs boost.
