Well if the law says 87? Then they have to give a decent guy a ticket if he's 89.I may be wrong but...I doubt anyone is going to get a ticket for a couple DB's over the limit, they are looking for the LOUD ones. It's possible, but as stated here there are variables and the officers know that. It would be like giving someone a ticket on the Eway for 3-4 MPH over the limit and that never happens. Someone might want to call a DNR friend who can shed some real light on this.
If a guy let's some go and tickets others- that's not right, they would get NO argument from me for ticketing out of control reckless trail riders, because of the death factor. But this is just being allowed to go down a bad path.
We all have seen and know when a ticket is warranted.
But I don't support taking DECENT folks hard earned money for no reason.
