I updated the firmware and app. The 1st time I hooked everything up it worked perfectly. Shut the sled off and restarted several times and thought all was good. The next day it will only connect once in a while. I've tried to determine the exact sequence of steps it takes to connect but it doesn't seem to matter. When I bring up my phone's bluetooth i can pair the two devices but the app tells me there is no connection. I went back to the original instructions and walked through the steps. Still will not connect. Leaving for Quebec Saturday. If the app won't connect will the sled still run the default or startup hp flash or does it run stock?
I couldn’t flash my cluster once because my battery voltage was too low. Sled still started no problem and I could flash the engine ECU, but couldn’t flash the gauge cluster. Talked to GAP and TD, charged battery fully, and worked like a charm. Some functions on the GAP flasher won’t work right if battery voltage is too low.

Call hurricane then. Your flasher will be under warranty

My 2019 SW has been Hurricane tuned since new as well as it has had a "full meal deal" Hurricane Gap Flasher load...basically everything you can add to your tune. My flasher got melted when I first installed my header[my fault] many years ago but continued to work flawlessly for many tears and 1000s of miles until today
No matter what I do the blue tooth function is toast.
Good news is I called Hurricane and Dave is looking after me[obviously not for free after 7 years!] and I have a new preprogramed flasher on the way for a very reasonable price...
I could not be happier with everything I have had dealings with Hurricane. Over my many many decades of dealing with performance shops only Tim Bender, Olev Aaen, and Dave from Hurricane have consistently impressed me with their customer care and value for the dollar.

Good customer service for sure. My flasher quit working this winter for no reason. Still looked new physically and was dry with no moisture. Called my vender and was told it was 6 years old and time for a new one. I had to pay full retail. Lucky you!!
