if it came with the mpi which is xtx le some states and the mtx I think it will be covered...mpi is the only kit that is cover by Yamaha which is great if you want to keep the factor warranty.

You're referring to Spring Power Surge Program sleds. I believe the poster is asking about how it will affect warranty for the rest of us. I believe the correct answer is that if the failure can be traced back to any aftermarket modification then don't expect the factory warranty to cover it.

Matt is this the same kit that is being put on the mtx models for 2015 or are they a kit with an inner cooler? Also will this kit be coming available through yamaha accessories or is it strictly just an mpi kit? Just want to get a good grasp on what kits are being sold where. My guess is if yamaha is going to add it on as an accessory they will add some $ to the price?
