I have an exhaust for an apex for sale, either end or both.

For the sagging part YAM took care of that on '08 with the extra support at the headers & exhaust junction look at my earlier pic.
I forgot about this thread, sorry!
Those are hauck headers, and that is some permatex ultra copper, and yes, it does burn off slightly! (smells bad for a few mins)
The silicone is a second preventative measure in order to keep water from getting through my exhaust holes. Essentially, I cant run water, the blet just slips, and I know its through the holes because I will have the front end 5 ft vertical in the air and have the belt slip, there is no way that water can be coming off the skis or any other way.
Secondly, what you can see is that I made up some plates to block off the holes and get rid of most of the gap. These plates are actually like two halves, a top and bottom, and you can kind of see the heads of the stainless bolts i used. I would have put this in the mod section, but I dont want to be linked to ppl dying running water on their apexs'
Also, just a tidbit of info here, if you have alot of ice in your tunnel, it wil build up and when you run your skid through its travel, it will make the track crush the ice on the exhaust. This is why my muffler box looks all squished.

I think you'll have to SUPPORT it with some type of bracket or buy a '08 or newer w/the bracket.
