the front left bolt on my pro action skid just spins and spins when i try to remove it. im assuming theres some internal nut that has broken loose and s spinning inside the w arm. any suggestions??

no, there is not internal nut, just an aluminum shaft that's threaded on both ends. What I usually end up doing is hitting it with a couple quick bursts with the impact!!! backs it right out every time!!! Good luck

Sometimes it takes a few tries, but eventually you will get it. It helps to have power, either an impact or drill.

If no power available, and you can come up with a nut that will fit the bolt already removed, install the nut all the way up on the removed bolt, reinstall the bolt most of the way, then use the nut as a jam nut to tighten. This should allow you to free the side you're struggling with. Then use 2 wrenches to loosen your bolt with jam nut and go on to whatever it was you were going to do when you got into trouble.

Back out one side (side A) about 1/2" slip a 12mm open end wrench over the threads and tighten the bolt onto the wrench.
You should be able to loosen the other side now (side B).
Go back to side A, should be able to loosen bolt, remove wrench, and back the bolt all the way out.

Remove one bolt, lube it up real good and put it back (maybe in and out a few times to clean the threads if it doesn't turn completely easily), then remove the second bolt, then back to the one you greased.
And keep your mind out of the gutter.
