After watching that video frame by frame in slow motion and stills I'm convinced that its got to be a Snow Bike/cross over series.

I've watched the video a bunch of times... I DON"T think it's a crotch rocket seating style vehicle. Yes, in one shot, it looks like the rider is leaning forward, but I think that's more for effect/camera clearance.. in another shot from the rear, it's clear the rider has his hands at almost shoulder level.
I don't think its a replacement for the Apex, I DO think its a high performance sled...maybe a rush-inspired suspension design that fits between the NYTRO and the Viper...
it's anyone's guess of course....
