It took me 5 min to download all three at the same time. Turns out my laptop slowed had some probelms bewcaues of some outdated military causing my laptop turn run hotter and screw with stuff.

I am already at 8. My battery stoped charching programs would not work or start. It just that my past week its been running hoter the usal. I looked at my activity log to see if I did something. Then I got an error last night reminding me of my military antivirus software expiered and or needed a patch. So to day I got the new software up. Riht befor I went in to donload yester it said I have 438 virus.

Update:I have been running the 2-1-2 exhaust got about 500mi on it.I did gain a few hundred rpm on top and between reclutching and this pipe I got a good 4mph in top speed.Thats good but it has become way to loud.I am not sure if packing burned out or what but will be setting this aside and running the single which is what Aaen is selling anyhow.The can is bigger than the dual cans so packing should hold up better.Will start with quiet core installed and if that is to loud will go with Supertrap setup on there.I am hoping my clutching doesnt have to be done over.But am suspecting it will since this single produced most hp.I sure like the looks of the duals but being loud I know for sure I am going to get a ticket since they are very obviously not stock.Might try Supertrap discs on the duals later.

The Hauck duals are Supertrapps with disks..
Well I went backwards.Tonight most I could get was 85mph same stretch.Was pulling within 100rpm of last setup.Just not as fast.This is with single exhaust and 6 Supertrap discs which is just a little louder than stock.It seems that I cant get power unless I have noise.That 5mph seems like nothing but it feels like alot.Will do some runs with just quiet core in there.

I agree but I just cannot afford to tick people off with noise.I do alot of riding at night.Last night with the Single and Supertrap discs I did go right by two Sheriffs and they didnt pull me over but like said power is not any better than stock.After I left my buddies house he was outside for quite awhile and he said he thought he could hear me all the way to I-43.He lives on LS which must be 5 mi away!This is with the quiet supertrap discs on there!I think the 4st just carries alot further than the 2st's.If in a house you dont hear it from a 100ft away.
Today I am putting the Aaen quiet core in there and seeing how it is.With the discs I could hear the intake over the exhaust so should be a good comparison noise wise.Just hoping it makes as much power as the duals.According to dyno its a 2hp loss -vs- dual with quietcores.Never dynoed the single with Supertrap discs so maybe discs were cause of bigger power loss.

What did you ever find out with the single? Was it an improvement over stock? Do you feel there were thegains in HP that were indicatedin the start of this post?

my girlfriend has a 2007 phazer GT, 1500mi, 6 cold airpods, Ulmer clutch, Excell exhaust, freeride track, Hitting 92mph all day long... This will be our 3rd season both with Excell exhaust and have been thru 50+ check points, never a ticket. Excell is the way to go... this is only my 2 cents, I am sure there our alot of good companies making quality product.

Yes it was a improvement in power for sure not extreme but enough to give you a edge over a stocker for sure.I havent dynoed it myself and due to the issues of noise and every one of my riding buddies agreeing it was too loud I am going back to stock.I never got a complaint from Law or any land owners but if my buddies say its loud I tend to lean toward cautious side and listen.So I guess it all depends on where and who you ride with if the power gain is worth it.In meantime will work with Aaen on making it quieter without losing the power gain.We have some ideas.
