Wow, that is a nice low mile sled! That mileage only equates to a few trips a year. Any 4s Yamaha around my neck of the woods has at least 10k miles on it lol. My 06 Attak has around 12.5K on it and still going strong. As already mentioned by Steiner, check the exhaust and W arm. These are the only 2 upgrades that have been done to mine.
