Got out to shake down the new build today. Hoping to hit the elusive 160mph in 1320' this year dragy verified. OEM chassis and suspension, STM clutches, Perfect Circle engines & Prevost Performance built motor, TD tunes and hardware, GAP big turbo.

Looking good Derek! You got this. Oh, and cut those bars down shorter, get your hands tucked in behind the windscreen. Aero is everything at that speed...

Not sure how much air pressure these get underhood, maybe vent more by knees might help, just around thought.

I don’t think you’ll have an issue as long as ice is good.

if your lacking a few mph ditch snow flap.

Q16 makes a bit more than C16.
Take seat off. Sit on boat cushion. Fabricate an air dam on front end to keep air from trying to go under sled instead of around sides of sled? Have it only about an inch off ice. Reduce air compression by allowing air to go through chassis (lots of additional vents facing forward and just as many allowing exit through rear) plastics instead of creating pressure on front-facing plastic body parts because there's not enough exits facing rearward.
You've already done this but lower sled as much as possible. Put handlebars as low and towards center post as possible to get hands out of windstream. If necessary, narrow handlebars to get hands out of windstream.
You got this!!!

Really. Good to know. Thanks. There hasn't been a 160 in 1320 dragy pass on our track yet.

All good points. I am trying to keep it looking like an actual snowmobile. That is very important to me. I'm running VP import.
