Nytro rod bearing replacement

Well, checked clearances on my crank bearings (not the rod bearings) and 3 seem perfect but one is borderline being a bit tight. Tolerance is .0011"-.0018". 3 are right around .0015" while one is right at .0010". Just under. Looks like I'll change these ones. I have new bolts for the rods. I'll use the old bolts while checking clearances then use new for final assembly. Thanks for all the advice. This is a great project and a good learning experience.

On the rod bearings they go in this order from most clearance (thinnest bearing) to least clearance (thickest bearing)

White (most clearance available)
Blue
Black
Brown
Green
Yellow (least clearance available)

Thanks for the info. Put in new bearings and all seems good. Clerance are at .0015". Now, getting ready to install new rings. Can someone telll me which ring is the top ring. Took the old ones off and forgot to check. One ring is black in color and wider and the other is chrome on the edge.

Think I figured it out on the rings. Looks like the chromed one is the top. It has a bevelled edge on the top inside. Now, anyone have any opinions on honing the cylinders? I hear diamond hone is the only way to go but they are hard to come by.

I ended up getting it in the end. Cylinders were in good shape so I left them as is.
