It sounds to me like the oil is motor oil. He stated his oil in his oil tank resouvair went down. If it were mine I would first try to clean up the oil on the clutch side as best I could. Then I would take off the bottom panel and be absolutely certain it is not leaking from around the filter or the oil drain plug next to the filter. It is only 4 bolts to check this. After that I would do a rollover delete hose. Then run it. If there gets to be oil on the clutch side again then there is something serious wrong. I still think there is a chance it is a tad overfilled. If it still blows oil out the rov delete hose don't put any more oil in it and see if it quits blowing oil out after it reaches a certain level.

Technically its the oil tank seal typically(not chain case seal)
Most have re-sealed with a good silicone for oil(lots of posts on this) but I see Travis has a nice gasket now too.
ROV delete is the way to go IMO. Loop a 5/8'' rubber fuel hose up and around, out near right foot. No more pressure inside oil tank.
