ordering new top gear

Getting ready to order new top gear. I see most go with dmc or hurricane. I have hurricane bundle is there any benefit going to 22 top or stay put at 21. I know 22 = more speed which it's fast enough the way it is.

I liked the 22 more everywhere on my tuned Sidewinder. Plus, it removes the dog leg in the chain.

Any noticeable acceleration loss

No. The sled felt faster, and it was less likely to spin.

The 22 is faster everywhere. The only tradeoff is the additional belt heat generated.

Does clutching need adjustment or is it just because the higher gearing being harder on belts?

Higher gearing leads to slightly more heat.
