Orders using USPS for shipping, Thunder Products Clutching

If you are ordering products from Thunder Products Clutching.... we advise you not to use USPS (especially for Canada orders).

Thunder Products Clutching has 4 packages that are stuck in customs in Canada and there is nothing our post office or we can do.

The mail has been horrible and reports of semi-trailers full of mail that hasn't been touched in 2 weeks.

Correct, it's not just international.

It's here in the states...and not getting any better.

Our post office has issued numerous refunds to us for our customers. And being honest, our post office personnel doesn't give a rats #*$&@ about anything. They won't even help each other out as "it's not their job" so they say. Sorry, some Union people piss me off.

I have a really good friend that works for the po in Detroit that said they are showing that they don't care on purpose because they are disgruntled. I STILL have some priority mail packages from two states away that shipped in November that I still haven't seen. Apparently, when they fall behind and don't get to trucks, the next day they don't start with yesterday's truck, they do that day's, and IF they finish early, then they do the trucks from days before. Stooooopid. Only using them for stamped service from this point forward.....

I just ordered the 2ndary clutch adjuster/belt removal tool for my 05 Vector and selected USPS priority. Then I read thru all of this! Wish me luck folks!!!!

I ordered some new rollers for the primary and secondary and a new helix last sunday and I see it might be delivered by tomorrow. Is shipping insurance provided by you guys or available to us to purchase in the event a month goes by and its still missing?

Insurance is provided up to a certain amount on all packages. If Priority Express is checked, your order...if not delivered on time, you will get a refund.
If the package is lost (God forbid we have never had one lost) it will go through the process and your money "should" be refunded.
To answer your question....yes, we put insurance on every package to cover our costs.
