Just installed my turbo, double checked all wiring. Turns over great, but will not start. What am i missing? Should I throw new spark plugs in? I'm at a loss.

If you have spark and fuel, then replace your plugs as they will foul out easily.

Get used to the hard starting with the turbo... from my experience as well as what I have read; the addition of a turbo on this engine makes for hard starting, I have to crank mine over for quite a while to get it to catch.
Sometimes have to feather the throttle a little to get it to fire, this is not uncommon from what I have read. Also make sure you have some new fuel and not last years fuel with stabilizer...
