Ok, I am picking up my Apex ER on Friday. I have a couple of questions for you guys. I can't get the damm thing lic. until next week, so I m going to trailer it up to my huntcamp to get some cop free riding in. Here are my questions, What should I look out for for the 1st 100 miles other than general bolt /harness inspection ? Now I know the idlers have been a problem, but is the problem the actual wheel itself or the bearing ( i will assume the bearings are non replaceable likesome on my viper)? Also is it all of them or only certain ones/size? If it is particular to a size, what size and what bearing?
Thanks in advance

First 100 miles enjoy it and have fun!!! I don't think half of us have any snow to ride on. You should feel lucky to be able to ride. The rubber on some of the wheels is coming apart on some. A bad batch of wheels. Mine are fine with just under 200 miles. Just enjoy.

The clip for the belt guard press against a vent hose and wiring harness...move them accordingly.

Look behind secondary to see if too much grease on shaft and around bearing.
Many have too much loose grease. Mine was one of them.
I took off secondary and cleaned up the loose grease.
