I just got this sled so I decided to do some maintenance on it. I removed the rear suspension and I noticed that my rear suspension adjuster cable is broken. Is this an easy fix? Do I just buy the new part and attach it? Would someone please help with some step by step instructions?

There are a couple of things you can do.
You can purchase a new cable and install it. Take the shock and turn the adjuster with a Robertson screwdriver. Count the turns then set it in the middle.
Turn the large knob on the tunnel and put that in the middle positon. Now you can connect the cable to the shock. Be prepared to do this atleast once a year. Cables don't last long.
Or you can do what I have done. I found a setting that works well for me. I have set the RA there and then removed the cable and the large knob. Never really adjusted the RA during a ride

Thanks for the advice Steiner that is great. Do you know where I can find all the specs and pictures for my 2006 Apex?
Specs are found in the TY TECH tab

Barn of parts has a kit for removing this and also a key for adjusting. may want to check into that the cable will break every year or so.

I just disposed of my cable for the 4th time for good! They only last a year even with the factory update (which was more zip ties) I turned my shock 180 degrees and can adjust with #1 square head screwdriver. To be honest I have only adjusted my rebound maybe twice a year.I just got this sled so I decided to do some maintenance on it.
