Ripping off 8" dual carbide buyers??

I accidentally ordered 8" woody Dooly's instead of 6". I got sticker shock, and examined the reason. I checked out 2 brands from the Spanky's catalog.

Woody's carbides have 2" carbide segments.

woody's 4" 45.95
6" $51.95 +$6 for 2"
8" $68.95 +$17 for 2"

Stud Boy 4.5"$45.95
6" $50.95 +$5 for 1.5"
9" $68.95 +$8 for 3"

Stud Boys seem to have logical pricing, but what's the deal with Woody's

4" Woody's 2 skis $91.90
6" Woody's 2 skis $103.90
8" Woody's 2 skis $137.90

What's so special about that 3rd piece of carbide?

Last time I looked Michigan was more then happy to take it for a price ... Now I am not going to get into bashing the States....In Canada we do get screwed and it's mostly from are own government why is it that I can buy a Canadian made snowmobile cheaper in the States, that's %$#$%, I can buy Canadian lumber in the states for cheaper...i don't agree with dollar for dollar...But i can't stand it when someone in the States thinks they are doing us a favour, both countries benefit from each other and both are great countries...period...
