I just installed rivnuts on both lower panels and for the beltguard. Really opens things up and makes everything so much easier. I bought a rivnut kit on amazon for $32.90 and it worked great once I figured out how to use it. I used M5 aluminum rivnuts throughout.

You need 9 each side. I'm not sure what the length is but I used 5mm rivnuts for it all. It's quite easy to do. The hardest thing was figuring out the rivnut gun lol but that only took a couple minutes.Hey I have thinking of doing this also!!

How did your Polaris RZR style push pins worked last seasons? I was considering this or M5 rubber well nuts.

I would personally stick with the metal zinc rivnuts, the rubber style ones may not last long when used for this application. How did your Polaris RZR style push pins worked last seasons? I was considering this or M5 rubber well nuts.
