I just installed rivnuts on both lower panels and for the beltguard. Really opens things up and makes everything so much easier. I bought a rivnut kit on amazon for $32.90 and it worked great once I figured out how to use it. I used M5 aluminum rivnuts throughout.

What length ar they? 13mm?
And how many are required?

You need 9 each side. I'm not sure what the length is but I used 5mm rivnuts for it all. It's quite easy to do. The hardest thing was figuring out the rivnut gun lol but that only took a couple minutes.

I used 6mm Rivnuts from Mcmaster-Carr . you will need the longer rivnuts where you are going through more material

How did your Polaris RZR style push pins worked last seasons? I was considering this or M5 rubber well nuts.

I would personally stick with the metal zinc rivnuts, the rubber style ones may not last long when used for this application.
