rear2high said:Shane, I have mine mounted in the front hole. Gives me the the right feal after the suspension squats a certain amount, almost like having heavier springs for the last half of travel.
THANKS rear2high!

Scandinavian setup.
Yamaha deliver much firmer/stiffer/better shock setup in Norway and Sweden.
Riders over here seldom have groooomed trails.
We does very often go "off the beaten track".
Testdrivers from Norway and Sweden who has testet new models over there (US) say that the US setup is more soft.
Because you have very good groomed trails ???
But as here many of u drive fast and hard on bad trails, and even "offroad"
So thats why yamaha deliver firmer shock setup over here (stock)
My RS Venture have Kayaba Alum H.P. Gas C36's.
2 Kayaba Alum H.P. Gas C36's in the front Independent, Double Wishbone suspension and also Kayaba Alum H.P. Gas C36 in the Pro Comfort Flip Up rear suspension.
And a 3840 x 381 x 32 mm Camoplast Rip Saw™ (151")
Much better than your stock at the rear (Gas Cell Hydraulic)
And the springs at the rear is firmer to.
Best of course, is Öhlins.. But the money then..
Nice sled my RS Venture TF.
I love it.
I have an SX Viper ER/TT with 144" Predator track too.
For more fun riding.
And a VT 480 TF
And a ET 250 T
Am planning on doing this to my RS venture TF:
Put in the Pro Active Mountain 162" rear Suspension.
Install no slip sprockets. Fulle clipped track.
16 X 162 X 2.25, 3.0 inch pitch, Camoplast, Paddle
And last but not least.
MC XPRESS turbo kit.
