I have them just because I can, I like them both and want to stay up on both. And that's 2000 on each winder this year. So whats your point? I also have an 2000 SRX, 1995 Vmax4 , 2003 Viper, Supercharged Apex, SS 440 and 84 Vmax 540...LOL

Not sure what I should condider..LOL

I'd consider that as good ! Wish I had room for that many sleds

No point, i just wondered what you thought. I know guys that consider rebuilds on their 2 strokes every 1-2000 miles not bad. They justify it tho. Tell me their sleds "ride great"; "arent heavy"....ect......LOL

Crazy thing is that not all Winders are having these issue that are being posted unless they are messed with and tuned. I talk to a Yamaha dealer frequently and the units that come in with issues are very very low on the US side.

BTW, I have had problems with them all in the first few thousand miles.. I could go on about every model but the beauty of this site is to work through those issues so we can all just keep on riding.

That is a cool collection of sleds, having a 4 place trailer and having a hard time choosing what sled to ride I would consider that a great problem to have.

Not at all. I have 2 - 78 Et 250's, 1 - 1980 ex 440, 1 - 74 Rupp Nitro II, 1 - 98 sx600 and a 19 Winder.

lol i might have the same problem. gf bugged me for 2 years to get a new sled as my 11 was now hers, so a added a nos 2016 apex xtx this season.

stuff that is registered and rideable atm is, 88 vk540, 90 sprint (gone soon), 91 et400 t/r (gone soon), 97 et410, 09 phazer rtx/x, 2011 apex xtx and the 2016 apex xtx. still need to get the ss440 running but need a skid for it and have not decided to make it a 121" or 136" track sled yet.

1209 miles on Sidewinder this season, 2638 miles on Apex this season, I just prefer to ride the Apex.
