Has anyone else noticed any issues with the Overdrive on the Sidewinder. I noticed that the outer sheave is 8-1/2" OD and the inner sheave is 8-1/4" OD. A birdie also told me that that overdrive angle was cut .5° in the wrong direction? I know when I put a brand new belt in my closed primary clutch, the top of the belt still sits a good 1/8" below the OD of the inside (small) sheave. Has anyone else noticed or addressed any of these issues? It appears a bolt on Overdrive sheave will not be as easy with this model do to it being Friction Welded? rather than threaded like the older stlye clutches. What is everyone's thoughts on this or is this all old news?
