Once over 100 mph how accurate are theses speedos? Thanks

Both my 17 & 20 were 2Mph off. 17 would do 126 speedo / 124 gps.. and 20 would do 120 speedo /118gps.. both Ltx's

My Thundercat most recently showed 135 speedo, 131 gps

Out riding and testing today on my 2019 X-TX data log indicated 120 as a max on my speedo and GPS said max speed reached was 114mph....that was approx 1000' run on fairly loose snow trail.
So speedo over indicates by 5 to 6%

Last ride my speedo just ticked 119 when I backed out of it on a rail grade. The max speed stored on the gps was 116.

But you have the different pitch drivers....?

Yes
My X-TX came with 3" drivers as compared to most SW 2.86"drivers. It appears that the factory never calibrated the speedos for anything other then the 2.86" drivers....hence the greater speedo error on the X-TXs with the 141"tracks.

Yes, I had an 18 xtx and found the same inaccuracy.
