We finally have snow coming in Maine but the ground is not frozen at all so I think it might just make things worse... But o well I might be able to finally ride around my yard!

Temps at night are finally going to drop off again so the waterways should start building up ice!!!

Visibility went from about 1.5 miles plus down to maybe 1/4 mile in just the past 1/2 hr when the snow hit. I'd say it has to be starting to snow north of 29 by about 3pm.

Well, Detroit is getting freezing rain and sleet. I used the opportunity to test the viper's mods and all I can say is I now understand Turbogrin! Probably screwed my original carbides, but it was worth it. They were still ok but had 600 miles on them. Can't wait for my first trip!

Snowing and blowing like hell outside. Got 3 inches since the sun went down. If it keeps up all night we'll be in good shape for a test rip. Only thing bad is get are predicting warming temps overnight and freezing rain by tomorrow. Regardless, even if we get the wet stuff, colder temps later this week will lock up the base. Ground froze pretty good last day or two with the 21 degree high over the last 24 hours.

Dogs wouldn't even leave the porch. It's nasty out;)!

Looking out the entire driveway is duned in. Most lok like 18"ers but the major one crosses 24" deep. I know what I'll be doing tomorrow first thing.

Thankfully I have this to cut 74" in a swath. Unfortunately I have to do an area several times larger than the one shown.

I am here in mid Menominee county UP, so far we got 4" on the ground, its coming down fast, hoping for at least 8" by morning, real dry and sugary.

The radar looked like it would keep on going with snow still down by Lacrosse, but it just vanished...
Looks like its loosing it's punch, guess I'll find out tomorrow morning.
