Soft Start Clutching Primary Spring Review

I heard White Pink White was a good OEM replacement for soft start with same finish as stock:

" Using any yamaha spring with an initial preload of 30kg will give you a smooth engagement between 2800 and 3000RPM.
But if you want to have the same finish rate than your stock spring then use the white-pink-white spring #90501-583L5-00."

Thanks a lot for the answers guys! Really appreciated. Part numbers and everything. Too bad I received two conflicting answers though haha. Can anybody else weigh in as to which Yamaha spring? Orange pink orange? Or white pink white? Has anybody actually used these? Does it change anything that mine is a 2016 MTX 141SE?
Thanks again for the help.

Try smaller rollers for smoother engagement

Ok. But another benefit of the smaller roller is that it will keep the clutching off the rev limiter on initial hit. Some more info to consider.

I agree with stain. Smaller rollers will also help with lower engagement and they grip the belt harder. But are more money than a spring. Start with spring then buy rollers.

I’m using a White Pink White, I like the smooth lower engagement and very close finish force as BSB.

Well I installed the white pink white. Was an improvement...but I didn't originally have a blue silver blue in there. Apparently my 2016 MTX 141 came with this green green green from the factory? Is the white pink white the proper replacement for this green green green I pulled out? The white pink white seemed to max out at about 8500 RPM.
Thanks for any knowledge.

Looks like you should try orange pink orange. GGG has a higher finish force than WPW.

Thanks! Are you sure? What about pink pink pink? It has closest total force to the green green green.
Thanks for the assistance here.

Just get the BOP one. I have them on both of my Vipers. No loss of top end and no driving through the back of the truck when loading the trailer.

I would consider that, but my MTX 141 is apparently different. It came with green green green, not BSB...so I am thinking soft start might not be the proper replacement. Can anybody help me decipher this chart for best lower engagement replacement for green green green? Thanks.
