Are any customers interested in a clutch alignment and offset tool (all-in-one tool) for the SR Viper?
I have had a few calls, but not a ton of them, for this tool. I will have to build 40 to 50 of them to make it cost effective.
Retail price would likely be about $45.

I haven't found any to be out, the only way they could be out is if the rear motor mounts were not welded correctly to the front heat exchanger (and I'm not sure how you would fix that problem). As the center to center distance of the motor mounts is set by the engine itself.

Center to center, not to critical but the offset and alignment.....yes. This will let you know if you have the correct washers/shims behind the secondary.
With the float built into the Yamaha secondary to allow it to self align is this that important?

It is if the secondary is set too far out to begin with (more float out puts it further out yet).
